Some of Higates Flapjack range is suitable for Vegans such as:
  • The Original recipe:
Ingredients: Oats, Vegetable Margarine (Contains: Vegetable Oil, Water, Salt), Invert Sugar Syrup, Cane Molasses, Sugar.
Allergy Advice: Contains gluten. May contain nut traces because this product is made in a premises that handles nuts.
Suitable for vegetarians & vegans.
  • The Cherry and Coconut recipe:
Ingredients: Oats, Vegetable Margarine (Contains: Vegetable Oil, Water, Salt), Invert Sugar Syrup, Cane Molasses, Sugar, Cherries (4%) (Contains: Preservatives (Potassium sorbate, Sulphur dioxide), Colour, (Erythrosine).
Allergy Advice: Contains gluten and sulphites. May contain nut traces because this product is made in a premises that handles nuts. Warning: May contain cherry stones.
Suitable for vegetarians & vegans. 

I found these flapjacks in my local Home Bargains at the great price of only £0.29 each, But if your going to pick one up make sure that it is suitable for vegans first as not all their products are Vegan friendly, it will say on there if it is suitable for Vegans. Some of their Flapjacks are only suitable for Vegetarians and some are not suitable for either.

SWEDISH GLACE ICE CREAM


Swedish Glace products are all 100% Vegetarian and Vegan.

Some of their flavors include Smooth Vanilla (pictured above), Rich Chocolate, Neapolitan, Raspberry and Wild Blueberry.

This product comes as a 750 ml Tub, which is a decent amount for four servings, but you'll want more its that nice.

I bought mine from Tesco for £2.00 but you can also buy them from Asda, Sainsbury, Morrisons, Booths and the Co-op.

ALPRO


Alpro is a well known company that has many different product that are all suitable for Vegans.

You can buy Alpro products from many different stores in the UK, which include Tesco, Asda, Ocado, Waitrose, Morrisons and many more.

Some of their products are:
  • Alpro Desserts (Prices I've come across range from £1.00 up to £1.50, the cheapest is Tesco for £1.00)  There are a few different desserts, my favorite is the Caramel dessert.

    Alpro Soft Caramel Dessert
    Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Hulled soya beans (6%), Thickeners (Modified tapioca starch, Carrageenan), Caramel sauce (1%), Caramelized raw cane sugar, Tri-calcium phosphate, Sea salt, Flavouring, Natural Flavouring, Vitamins (Riboflavin, B12, D2).

    Allergies: Gluten and wheat free Dairy and lactose free Produced in a nut free environment Suitable for vegans & vegetarians
  • Alpro Drinks, there is a range of drinks (milk alternative) that Alpro sells including my favorite Hazelnut Fresh Original which is £1.69 from Tesco and Asda, price may be different from other stores.
    Alpro Hazelnut Fresh Original Drink

    Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Hazelnuts (2.5%), Tri-calcium phosphate, sea salt, Stabilisers (Locust bean gum, Gellan gum). Emulsifier, (Sunflower lecithin), Vitamins (Riboflavin (B2), B12, E, D2)

    Allergies: Contains Hazelnuts. May contain traces of other nuts. Dairy, lactose and gluten free Suitable for vegans & vegetarians


  • Alpro Yogurts, there is a range of Alpro yogurts to try out, my favorite is the Vanilla yogurt that costs £1.25 from Tesco and Asda, the price may be different in other stores.

    Ingredients: Water, Hulled soya beans (7.3%), Sugar, Glucose-fructose syrup, Stabiliser (Pectin), Acidity regulators (Citric acid, Sodium citrate), Tri-calcium phosphate, Vanilla powder (0,09%), Carrot extract, Sea salt, Vitamins (Riboflavin, B12, D2), Natural flavouring, Flavouring, Emulsifier (Leicithin), Yogurt Cultures (S. thermophilus, L. bulgaricus), Antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate, Tocopherol-rich extract)

YOYO BEARS

YOYO Bears are 100% vegan

I picked these sweets up from my local Asda and Tesco
From Tesco as a multipack (5x20g) they are £2.29
From Asda they are £0.48 each or 5 for £2.00 and the multipacks (5x20g) are £2.28 each or 2 multipacks for £4.00 (offers may stop or change at some point)

There are 6 different flavors to choose from as shown in the picture above:
  • Apple
  • Blueberry
  • Mango
  • Pineapple
  • Raspberry
  • Strawberry
In each Yoyo packet there is a collectible facts card, if you collect so many cards,different rewards can be collected from the manufacturer if you get in contact.

KALLO

Ingredients

I picked these up from my local ASDA where they are only £0.60 a bag.
Kallo do a range of different snacks, however the company is NOT 100% vegan, but they do have a variety of foods that are vegan, Kallo corn and rice snacks (pictured above), being one of them, so if you do pick something that is made by Kallo up make sure its vegan. It will say on there if it is.
